Wire Installation Code Issue

Is it permissible to run 12-2 romax on an exterior above 8' between the vertical face of a house and a grade B gas vent pipe? Additionally, the 12-2 romax goes through a stucco ceiling to the connecting circuit.

Roger, according to the PM I was sent, Paul is indeed an electrician who is also a handyman and is concerned about Code violations.
