So NECA normal labor column for 1/C #600 XHHW CU is 52 hours per M.
A few questions.
1. Obviously you would never pull in 1 #600. Id say most of the time you'll have 3 or 4 pulled together. Now what if you had 10+ sets of conduits with 4#600. How, if at all, would you adjust that labor unit.
I actually emailed the NECA education department and they people who helped develop the units are going to get back to me as to what the labor unit actually represents regarding number of conductors being pulled.
