Wire Mesh Tray Bonding

What are the bonding requirements for wire mesh tray such as Cablofil EZ Tray? We are using this product for instrument SWA cable installations for instrumentation. In particular are bonding jumpers required where we utilize a SWK B 2-pc splice washer kit to form bends and tee connections?

See section 392.6 and 250.96 of the NEC 2002.

I don't know what a "SWK B 2-pc wasker kit" is, but if it is not a bolted mechanical connector, it probably will not suffice as a bonding means and a bonding jumper will need to be installed.
