Wire Pull

So installing conduit in slab or underground is faster than overhead for same size/type.
Is pulling wiring in conduits installed in slab or underground quicker than pulling them in overhead conduits?
I believe not as the setup/ install is the same whether overhead or below, correct?

There are many different variables in setting up wire pulls. There is probably only a marginal difference between and overhead raceway and a raceway in poured concrete. There may be times when one is faster than the other but IMO in the end they kind of balance out.
