Wire Pulling Calculator

I used to have a great wire pulling calculator written in Quatro Pro. Can't find it any longer to have it converted. Looking for a new calculator. The way it worked was: Input segments of pull complete with wire size/type, conduit size, lengths, etc. The calculator would determine the level of foot-lbs on the cable (direction of pull is important) and would flag unacceptable conditions.
Are there any calculators available (free I hope) ?
