A few issues came up on a recent pull. The tugger was maxing out at 10,000lbs. We managed to complete the pull. Issue being, the wires didn't pull evenly, at a middle pull box. Typically you can use a rolling hitch, or a series of half hitches to pull individual wires. But the issue at hand was at 10,000lbs, the hitches were compromising the insulation. My question is.Is there a better technique/method/knot that will bite the wire without compromising the insulation when that much weight needs to be pulled on an individual conductor?
