You can't use the 90 deg column for this, this would put the 2/0 at 175 amps, which is a standard size breaker.

You have to go with the 3/0

The reason you can't use the 95 degree column is your termination points (lugs) are rated @ 75 degrees C.

The 80% rule which is really the 125% rule only applies to continuous load circuits. The maximum load rating of 15, 20, and 30-ampere branch-circuits is for cord-and-plug connected loads. :)
