Wire Size and Breaker Size 3 phase

I have a 3phase mill that pulls 6amps that is going to be connect to a single phase panel and then run thru a phase converter. What would be the sizing of wire and breaker for this?

According to the NEC the smallest branch protection is 15A. You can then add a supplementary device (fuses or a motor overload relay) if you need to.
