Wire size between vertical riser and ground bar

Is table 250.102(C)(1) to be used for sizing the vertical riser to interconnect the elec rm ground bars that are located on each floor of a multi story building?

The building distribution is 5000A, 480V with the feed to the building is via substation with #500 15kV EPR MV105.

Could you please confirm for me that for a 5000A service, a #2/0 max is correctly sized.

Are you referring to a common grounding riser? If so the minimum size is #3/0 copper.
