Does anyone know if these calculators include the derating for CCCs? What voltage would I select for a 3ph wye panel feed?

The first trial I did. 400A and a 1 ft circuit length, and it specifies #14 Cu.

This is a voltage drop only calculator, if anything at all. It doesn't consider derating, CCC count, OCPD protection, wire/terminal ratings, or even Table 310.15(B)(16) at all. Unfortunately, it doesn't even tell you what the voltage drop is, or the criteria percentage for it, so it is hard to experiment to see if voltage means phase-to-phase, or phase-to-neutral.

3Ø Wye would be either a 480Y/277 volt system or 208Y/120 volt system. For 3Ø you would use either 480 or 208 volts.
