I'm doing a residual Duplex with both sides have a 200 amp service and I'm going to use a 2 gang meter base, what is the smallest size wire that I can use in the service mast. Thanks!

You need to follow the calculations as per art 220 using all the demand factors. If you don't know how to do this look at Annex D in the rear of your code book. Hope this helps you out
