I think i understand this correctly, please check me.
If you feeding from a transformer to a piece of equipment and you are terminating at lugs on the bus bar, a pull section for example, if the lugs at both ends are rated for 90c I can use the 90c column to size my wire. Continuing this understanding, I can do the same between two pieces of equipment, for example between two pull sections, if the lugs at both ends are rated 90c.
