i am running a feeder from a service panel to a 100a subpanel. 3phase. what size wire do i need to run and what size pvc rigid conduit do I need?

Darren, you list yourself as an electrician, so in your code book a good start is article 310 and Annex C.

You can use smaller conductors and conduit in most cases. Will the terminations in the main and subpanel be rated @ 75 deg? Will the neutral be considered a current carrying conductor (non-linear loads)? Any other derating to consider like temperature, etc?

You can use a number #3 or #2 depending on the type of load and voltage drop. Is the non-linear load over 50%?
