Here is a Southwire submittal sheet.

Is it safe to assume the small conductor ampacities are adjusted to 240.4(D)? Is this typical on wire submittals?

see the footnote referenced with the + sign.

That table is factoring in 240.4(D) in its values which is for general use.

Now take a look at all the items mentioned in T240.3 that refer you to other articles for overcurrent protection. Many those cases you can use the ampacity mentioned in 310.16 (310.15(B)(16)) and forget about 240.4(D).

It seems the table is not considering 240.4(D). Also note it does not specify copper.
Actually it says in the footnotes that 240.4(D) is applied to the values in the table.

The table is useless for when ampacity adjustments can apply or for situations when 240.4(D) does not apply.

To the original poster, I would not concern myself with the chart from southwire for ampacities. The nec is what you need

Here is the note at the bottom of southwire table
