It is not marked. Although you can use 90°c to derate, your adjusted ampacity cannot exceed the 60°c column.

They are 90 degree rated. I believe they are THHN.

They are but without the individual conductors being labeled they can not be used as such. This takes us back to Luckylaredo's post and 334.80.
