wire used in crawl spaces

What type of wire would you use in crawl spaces under camps/ homes; bare ground no walls? Would you use NMC, UF or MC? Would you trust the NMC or UF with rodents? What would you recommend to the HO about the NM already run under there?

We are rewiring the camp and have to go under. Price is an issue. thanks.

If we did want to protect the existing NM - and ideas on ease and low cost??

I would use UF but I would square it off and keep it to running boards
