Derate to 35% of 30 amps, or 10.5 amps. My group was discussing this topic yesterday. The circuits of interest drew only 1-2 amps each, so the de-rating did not matter.

table 310-15 are based on no diversity. loaded to their maximum rated load. for load diversity you should see table B310-11 in appendix B.
