I have used the Pico before to add a 3-way for some lighting and it worked great. This time all I want to do is add a switch to a simple pull chain light in the pantry. Do they make one? Doesn't need to dim or be fancy.

That leviton one was pricey, can't tell if it is discontinued. I'm suprised they don't really make one. I'm tempted to use a $25 fan remote control. I think it would work if it fits in the light. It's an old house, some fancy molding which would make wiremold unsightly and she doesn't want to make holes.
