On the job I recently worked, they installed a lot of 4000 Wiremold. I came in at the tail end and cut the covers to fit between devices. I'd done this years ago with 3000 series and used a bandsaw to cut covers. It had worked well. We had the special Wiremold cutter here though, 1st time I ever used one. Really nice, cuts covers neat and square, with little or no sharp edge to file. At one point, I had a slightly twisted end piece that needed a cover about 1/4" different on top than bottom. I was able to jiggle the cover that much and cut a slight angle to make it fit well.

Amazing how much stuff is out there that we don't always see or get a chance to use. Same with a Greenlee 880 hydraulic bender. I used it on that same job. I'd rarely used hydraulic benders before. 1 place I worked had a Greenlee 555 Cyclone bender that we used for a lot for 1 1/4 to 2 inch, both EMT and rigid. It was like a Chicago bender with a motor. Very easy to use. My limited experience with hydraulics was years ago, as a young helper holding & twisting as directed.
