Our construction department sent us a picture of wires above a common area pool shower for a multifamily job. Essentially the showers will have no ceiling (will be spray painted eventually). This does not look kosher to me but I do not know of a specific code section to point to.

what would be the problem? it's not like the water will be splashing up that high on any regular basis.
