Wires in chase nipple entering Service panel

If there are large spaces around the wires that enter a service panel through a chase nipple, what is the best method for dealing with this. What if anything should be stuffed around the wires to seal the spaces? The panel in question has the wires entering through the back at the bottom.

You can use some insulation or some foam insulation. I have also used duct seal.

Sounds like a 300.7 requirement

But be aware that the sealant used, must be listed for use with conductors, most expandable foam type sealant is not.

(230.8)Sealants shall be identified for use with the cable insulation,

Most Duct seal is listed for this purpose

Hurk I agree but I wonder about the spray foams that are used to fill the holes between floors. I hope they are listed.

Some are listed for fire stop, but believe it or not the stuff is flamable
