Is there any Code violation with the following Scenario.

There were 9 Conduits ranging from 3 Inch to 1.5 Inch carring power and control cables, later due to some changes there is a need to use the Wireway instead of Conduits

Can we now run all the conduits in the same Wireway (Power+Control) the maximum Size of power cable used is # 4.

or shall two separate wireways be used (one for control and one for Power)
Thanks

Do you mean can you run all of the "conductors" in the wireway, or do you actually mean can you run all of the "conduits" in the wireway?

Your post is a little confusing, maybe you could clarify it, so it your question is understandable.

There may be derating issues and depending upon the type of control circuits there may be separation issues.

Thanks

When running power and control wiring in the same raceway you need to know what type of control circuits you're using. Class 2 & 3 control conductors can not be in the same raceway as power conductors. They would be permitted in the same wireway if a barrier were installed between them and the power conductors. Also, as Don mentioned, there might be derating issues once you get past 30 conductors in the wireway. Look at 725.55(A) & (B) and 376.22.
