Wireways and disconencts

A recent design showed a group of three 60A disconnect switches coming off a wireway. The wireway was feed from a 125A breaker. Contractor is stating the disconnects must be 200A, not 60A. Where can I find this in NEC?
 
You can't find that in the NEC because the code does not require those disconnects to be 200 amp disconnects.
 
If the calculated loads on each of the breakers is 55A, on the other hand, the NEC may have some concern about the 125A feeder wires and breaker. :angel:
