I recently started this built in spa. The pumps and all the controls are in a room upstairs. The spa company gave us an enclosure that looks like a sub panel in that it takes a wide variety of breakers. and has contacts and all the pump control and remotes plug into this 'BOX'. My concern after reading the nec is: is this box required to be wired using a copper grounding conductor. I know when wiring an exterior spa from indoors a copper grounding conductor is required,But im not sure for my application. I could also use article references.
