Wiring and Enclosures for Class 2 LED Circuits

I have a few Circuits that I will be using for LED lighting in a new building. Each Class 2 Power Supply should provide enough capacity for the room.

I am trying to understand, because 725 and 300 of the code are confusing me.

Do the connections of the load side, i.e. from the power supply to each individual LED fixture need to be inside of a junction box?

No, not if they are class 2 as you say.
