Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum. I e-mailed my question to Mike and he referred me here.
I'm preparing to go to Africa (Kenya) in May on a missions trip. We are building a 30' by 60' wood building. I've been asked to prepare to wire it. They use a 220/50hz. system there. All of my experience has been your typical American commercial and residential wiring. I will need to install lighting to be controlled by 1 switch. Plugs will be as they require. This building is way out in the bush country without a nearby power source so I will need to make the building able to be connected to a generator.
I would appreciate any input you may have regarding practices using 220v/50hz. systems, primarily lighting systems. Any links would be great.
Thanks
