Correct. The studs will support the pipe and cables.

Here is how to remember. Sitting in a chair you are supported, add a seatbelt and you are secured

You are required to secure EMT within 3 feet, then the framing can support every 10.

I thought drilled or punched holes in any framing member counted as secured and supported although that'd be subject to interpretation of the hole size.

When running through framing members would you still need to support within 1' or 3' of box???

You are already supported, you need to be secured within one or three feet of the box.
