Wiring Methods under raised floor (non plenum)

In an electric room for MCC and control panels (PLCs and DCS) there is an elevated floor used for wiring purposes (no air circulation purposes). Does this spice under the raised floor have special restrictions regarding the wiring methods allowed acoording to NEC?
