Wiring requirement per Article 760 for sensor used in fire protection systems

Hi - I am currently designing a sensor that will be used in fire protection systems. This sensor will be mounted on top of each individual fire suppressant tank of a given system. The sensor will be 24V so I assume it would be wired as part of a Power-Limited Fire Alarm (PLFA) Circuit. I am currently designing the electronics for this sensor to fit an off the shelf UL listed plastic enclosure. The question I have is, does the wiring going to the plastic enclosure/sensor need to be in conduit? Or can a standard cable gland be used to secure the wire to the enclosure/sensor?
