Wiring track lights with 3-way switches

I'm starting a project where I plan to wire 10 track lights in a large room, and there are 2 entry doors into the room. Both doors will have 3-way switches. I'm using 14/2 & 14/3.

Not sure how to do this job so i'm hoping for some guidance and help.
