In a conditioned space maybe a century or more, in a rough environment such as high continuous ambient temperatures maybe a few years. If in question I would have someone do an insulation test.

There is no answer to your question as far as length of time (if that's what you are asking as you seem a little confused). Electrical wire's life expectancy is affected by many factors:

How close to the load rating the wire is being used
If the installer maintained code and didn't overstuff the conduits
The environment the wire is used in
If all wire terminations are secure/tight

All electrical
wire (including the jacket) is rated. The wire is rated by ampacity and the jacket is rated for temperature and environment. If you exceed these, the life of the wire is greatly reduced. Wiring that never gets hot, well, look at all the homes that are still wired in TW. Still going strong.

Your question is pretty vague though.
