I'm bidding an Apt. job in Tx.
Can someone tell me what the labor rates in Houston and Dallas are?
I can use Sub labor or Hire employees.
What is the hourly rate and what does Sub crews charge to do a 2 or 3 Bedroom Apartment

do you have a contractors license for texas ? remember texas is flooded with electrical contractors.

You have to have a contractor's license.
You have to have a TX Master's license, no you cant rent one legally.
Get ready for broad form indemnification...(its like pulling your pants down and insuring the GC with your own assets).

Not to be rude but if don't know our labor rates, then you might be in over your head... and NO you cant use Sub-labor here.

In some cases I have seen . Sub crews get the material provided. Then about $600-$700 for a complete rough in. About $250 for the complete trim out.
Reinspect fees come out of that.
