working or not working

I was asked to submit bid for lighting in a very old warehouse
that is used for storage. They now want lighting. The buildings
are 100x150 (x7) and built like parking garage. I already asked
maintenance guy why didnt they just screw in lights in sockets
he said they didint work. They want 4 lights in each corner with
light switch but they want it to run 24/7. I bid job for x amount
I plan on mc it to death with 4lamp f32 8' strips. What do you
guys bid for?

How much light do they need?

Interior they gave me specs of 1 light in each corner and switch
what I mean by build like garage it has 7 levels and all concrete
full of pallets of material that I will have to navigate. I asked If it
had power the guys said no I asked to establsih power and they
just wanted bid.
