Working Space requirement for Dry Transformer Over curre

I have a 45KVA 480 V 3 phase primary to 120/208 secondary dry transformer where the secondary distribution panel is located almost 60 feet from the transformer. Accordingly, we have installed secondary over current protection in the form of a single 175A circuit breaker in a dedicated enclosure located 5 feet from the transformer. No other circuits but the line and load are contained in the enclosure. Primary over current protection is provided by the associated 3 phase panel board.

What are the working space requirements for this secondary over current protection enclosure. Specifically, does it require the 30 inches width, 3 foot depth and the 6 1/2 foot headroom of section 110.26?

yes, if you are likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized.
