I have a re-bar that is coming out of the floor in a basement that serves as part of the grounding electrode system. I have limited space to mount my panel on the wall due to framing and other equipment.I know that I need 30" of width in front of the panel, if the rod is 6" to the left of the vertical "footprint" of the panel and 4" away from the wall would this be a code compliant install? Somewhere I recall that the 30" does not have to be centered with the equipment but it can be to either side. This is a residential app. Thanks.
