It depends on what's behind it.

A wood wall or other insulator - 3 ft
A block wall, metal wall, back of equipment, fence, or other grounded conductive material - 3'-6"
A common aisle between it and other energized equipment (any voltage 600V and less) - 4 ft

Because of the ampere rating, there is also rules about the egress paths that you must follow as well. Two ways out on both sides, one way out if straight behind the equipment, or double the work space. And doors to open outward with listed panic hardware.
