Does the working space requirement in 110.26A(1) apply to a honeywell alarm panel? I have a situation where an emergency shower was designed about 28"'s from the front of an enclosure for a honeywell panel. Neither piece is really movable due to building size limitations. Can I justify this installation?

It has 120 volts going in ? I would say no not legal because it might need checked. Do i see it as an issue to push ,no.
