Please see the attached sketch, looking at table 110.26 I was wondering what condition it would fall under.

Joe,

Before you start asking for conditions, IMO I think the gear is to small for what is shown on the drawing, It should almost be double in size. Have you sized the equipment based on what the venders are giving you or is that a engineered drawing?

The Sketch is enginered, and has been through the Advisory Board, I still like to double check. The distance question we have concerns the 3' space between the Transformer and the corner of the New service switchboard.

Does the switchboard manufacturer require the sides be accessible?

Can all the connections and terminations be accessed from front?

I don't have a problem with it, take a look at 110.26 (A) (1) (a) in the 05 nec, I think this applies to your situation.
