I love POCO primary guys, he just calmly moves the truck and starts getting his gear on like he sees this every day.

There was a comment made by someone behind the camera that a vehicle backed into the pole damaging the riser which started the fault. (IIRC around 3-4 mins in.)

I didn't catch that,,,but it makes sense. I was thinking the lateral failed underground and was burning it's way back to the xfmr
