Writing off a used truck

Is there ever a case, where I can completely write of a used turck in one year...
I am thinking between 3k and 8k for a astro and then when I get a some money in socked up getting a chevy express and setting up like I want it.

You need to be talking to a CPA, not us, about something like this. It is sort of like asking us about a law suit. :D
