Google hydraulic tubing bender - and see what you get.... Looks like a conduit bender - but ain't.

I have to admit I've used a muffler shop bender for a 2" rigid riser. It wasn't very purty, but it worked.

I think they might have used a muffler shop to size the junction box. Can't really tell, but it doesn't look like 6 times the largest pipe diameter between those conduits.

You might be correct or the conductors are smaller than #4.

I guess my title was a little unclear. I failed to get pictures of the other four bends in the same pipe. It does feed a couple of 15hp 480v motors.
