Wye To Delta 480v

Hello, I have a few questions I wanted to check on few things. I was told the Transformer bank from the power company was Delta.... but its WYE.
The customer installed a Delta Transformer to WYE 120/280. The power company needs the neutral to run the Meter. I need to Install a neutral Into CT from mast, but power company wants it bonded in the CT with a lug. However I have all my grounding installed, Will I need to UN Bond the CT from the grounding inside of Building and drive a new ground rod, for power company? Or can all this be wired into the same ground rod and the Bond in the CT stay?
The Ground also Runs to Delta side of transformer on current setup.
