On the secondary side of a transformer the ground ran to the panel, is it sized according to the equipment grounding conductor or a grounding electrode?? (bonded in transformer)
I have a 400A main, I could have ran parralell 3/0 but since I had 4/0 on site that is what we used. I ran parralell #4 that would be good for the 3/0 required but since I used 4/0 do I have to up my ground also?
Would I be able to use the #4 if I bonded in the panel?

thanks for any help

Since you used #4/0 on the derived secondary conductors you will need to use #2 Cu for the equipment bonding jumpers in each raceway sized according to 250.66. Look at 250.30(A)(2) which sends you to 250.102(C).

The GEC, and the system bonding jumper would also be sized according to 250.66 based on the equivalent size of the derived secondary conductors.
