Xfmr output conductors

I looked at a job and noticed the xfmr had 3 FMC to EMT down to 3 MLO panels.
I know I need to read up on the OCPD for this set up ,but I'm wondering can a xfmr be tapped multiple times.

One transformer can serve up to six disconnecting means that the total ampacity of does not exceed that allowed for a single over current device.

The code requires that each of the disconnecting means is tapped directly on to the transformer terminals. You cannot use the same set of conductors to feed multiple disconnects.
