I know dumb question. I see this BOM includes an output breaker. This would NOT be a breaker within the xfrmr would it? I'm think the panel breaker but second guessing that.

There is a "movement" to pull the secondary output breaker as close to the secondary windings to reduce arc flash incident energy at the downstream panelboard.

As mentioned by Augie, Eaton recently released a standard product for this purpose.

So the "secondary output breaker" would be within the xfrm?

It's possible. This is being called a "Transfilter" whatever that means, so seems likely there is some additional components provided with the transformer, perhaps in an enlarged transformer enclosure or separate enclosure.

If the transformer has a breaker in it. Be careful with working clearances. I would say the working space rule now applies. Would like to here what others think.
