I found it at another web site, and it says "not UL/ETL listed". What a surprise.

That is what I see also. That is why I think there must be a bulb inside

LOL my partner and I installed these very fixtures at a job a year or so ago. The bulbs are 12V. Inspector dinged them for not being listed. We had to take them down, for inspection then reinstall.

Uses a transformer and 12V lamps that screw ON to the socket. Look closely at the Edison base.

Simple as that.
