Hi All,
I am bidding on a 16,000 sq ft youth shelter and am having a hard time deciding how to go about doing the service calc. The building includes office spaces, a few apartments, several dorm rooms, recreation areas, a commercial kitchen and and a large laundry area all on one meter. My first thought is to calc out each area individually and then add them all up but that seems pretty excessive. What I would like to do is size the building as a dwelling unit since that is basically what it is, taking into account some of the extra equipment. I've sized some pretty monstrous houses and this would be similar. Any suggestions?
