I ran across that video while looking at that system. A customer wants it installed at his dock. (Dock Lifeguard) Going tomorrow to quote it and a dock re-wire for them. System looks like it would work, just don’t know about that engineer that did the video. If I was him, I would delete it, and do it over! LOL!

Maybe I am just dense, but how is a clamp ammeter measuring resistance?

It’s a special meter that injects voltage on the wire. Just bought one. It only works if the circuit is complete, then calculates the value by the amount of current flow. I tried it on my ufer ground at the house, and was surprised it was 50 ohms. My ground rod at an outbuilding was 70.
