Yes, that's it just trying to understand more about the relay, it appears to be used for DC equipment with LSIG functions like a standard electronic trip unit just curious why it's called Zero Hertz??

It appears to be a trade mark or because it is for DC which is zero hertz.

Correct, just the brand name URC uses for the DC retrofit kits. I have installed several, actually doing one right now.
