Where can I find any literature that states that zip ties are an industry standard for supporting lighting control wiring?

You won't find something that declares cable ties to be an industry standard. What you will find is a listing that states they are suitable for use as a securing method based on the cable type and environment.

The flexible cable and flexible conduit rules in Chapter 3 permit the use of listed cable ties identified for securement and support in a number of cases.
If your control wiring is covered by Article 725, there is no specific permission to use cable ties in the 2020 code. It appears that there will be in the 2023 code.
